I need to get rid of some of the stuff, especially since there are several things that don't work for me.
Part of me wants to streamline my stash, but another part tells me I might need it someday....
But is there a chance I'd ever need foundation thats too dark for me? :S

yes, you could so use foundation that is darker to contour your face! haha. :] i think the same way you do, even if it doesn't work for it's specific purpose, i find ways to make it work for me. LOL. :]

haha, the makeup collection just sneaks up on you doesn't it? I got rid of a bunch of makeup a few weeks ago, but it still seems like I have too much =P

I tried to downsize my collection, but ended up buying most it back later on, lol.
I agree with Christiana, save it :) Big difference on your collection and only in a few months lol I love your tools the best :)
Hi, wow what a collection u have there! if u're still looking to cut down your makeup, here's what u can do. creams - throw out anything more than 1 yr old. that should get rid of a bunch right there. mascaras - throw out anything 2-3 months old. this is real important cos one day, a bad mascara is gonna give u an eye infection. then, powder eyeshadows - throw out anything 3 yrs old, or give out any repeated shades.
it's a painful thing to do unfortunately :-P

Oooh, collection post! You have so many eyeshadows - I want to go shopping in your stash. I know what you mean about streamlining. That's why I'm planning to give a chunk of my own stash away. (Giving away as opposed to selling since Canada Post is sooo expensive).

HOly crap that's a lot of stuff!! I hope you get a good skunk brush too.. Someone on ABB said theirs shed like crazy but mine has only shed a few when I washed it.. O.o
Oh and foundation that's too dark makes a great contour colour! :-)
haha, thanks for the comments guys :) i'm considering selling/giving away some of them after sorting through this stuff. i hardly even use half of them :S
chiara: the green l/g is MAC Spring Bean Lustreglass. The green is actually quite sheer so it helps tone down my pigmented lipcolour a little bit without giving me green lips :P
How does the monistat work as a primer?...I've heard of using it, but have never gotten around to it.

Whoa mama. Your collection definitely beats mine, but I like to keep mine really small. Otherwise I'd feel super guilty... :\

I know what you mean about having too much stuff. :( I just started a no buy month, but it's only the second day and I'm already tempted to do some online shopping.
