Liberty of London was the only collection I felt like buying in 2010 so far. The reason should be a no brainer for long-time readers - because of the pretty packaging! :P Of course I don't usually *just* buy it for the packaging but also if the product is good as well.
The eyeshadows I got were Birds & Berries, and Dame's Desire.
I also picked up the Prim & Proper blush:
It seems like everyone picked up the Shell Pearl Beauty Powder but since I had gotten it last year with the Look in the Box sets I skipped it despite the much better packaging. It is a lovely highlighter though a touch too frosty for my taste.
As for lipsticks I got Peachstock and Ever Hip.
I really like the design of the lipsticks, they have the best design I've seen since I started collecting MAC in mid-2007. No cheap stickers, silly leopard prints, or neon orange packaging :P
Even the boxes for the products are quite well done. They have flower prints inside the box, and the outside has Liberty of London for MAC in gold lettering.

I haven't really worn these products much but here is a simple one with the eyeshadows:
- UDPP to prime
- Birds & Berries on outer corner
- Electra on middle of lid
- ELF Pink Ice to highlight brow and on inner corner
- Dame's Desire to line outer lower lash line
- The usual liner and mascara

I think customs dept. only get involved once a certain amount of money is spent. I wasn't charged with any fees for my sasa purchase, thank goodness! (it was under $30 I believe)

Thank you for the swatches. I picked up Birds & Berries (how could I not? it was TEAL!!!), Peachstock and Shell Pearl. I'm still on the boat about Ever Hip, for some reason my MA didn't bring me Ever Hip so I forgot it even existed. Now it's sold out online T.T
Would u say Prim & Proper is more or less orangey than Ripe Peach?

I didn't actually get anything from LOL. I think I must be one of the only people who didn't like the packaging much hahaha. But then also I can't really wear MAC's lipstick or gloss formulas very well either (most are too drying for me, amplified cremes are ok) so I wasn't too tempted by anything in the end.

Very pretty minimalist look & the contacts suit it fully :).
I think I'll have to take a look at this collection in person, I'm undecided about the packaging, literally can't figure out whether I like it or not :-P.

This collection looks GORGEOUS and girly! Very pretty for MAC which always has an urban chic image with an edge.

Birds & Berries is great! But I really don't see the point about Shell Pearl when I swatched it. I got all 4 lipsticks too. Really good colours. Am using Ever Hip almost everyday now.
